While we think our program is awesome, we do acknowledge that each participant's results in a weight loss and fitness program will vary. You assume certain risks involved in participating in a weight loss and fitness program. The Ridge at Horizons is a fitness-based program and you will be participating in hiking, cardiovascular classes, strength training, and stretching classes.
